Chef Carmem on Martha's Vineyard!
Chef Carmem has been learning and training in the food industry since childhood. While her younger sister Gloria played with dolls, Carmem always played "house" with toy kitchen equipment and accessories, set a
small table and pretended to serve the dolls full course meals and beverages.
Today, after co-owning a specialty restaurant together with her sister Gloria in Brasil for 6 years,   Their restaurant, called,  Maria Maria, was famous for Bacalhau, (Salt Codfish Entrees), A La Carte, and Buffet Style Family Dining.
Soon after assisting famous Chef Dan Silverman in a Water Mill home, Chef Carmem appeared in Hampton Style Magazine, Sept/2006, and is now realizing her life-long dream here in the United States!

Chef Carmem completed courses in Pasty and Pizza Making At SENAI Professional School in Brazil.
Chef Carmem specializes in Brazilian cuisine, and also prepares other plates from different countries.
Pizza to rave about, Quiche to drool over, and Traditional Apple Strudel you can write home about, just to give you a few ideas...


Chef Carmem likes a challenge, too...She can look in your refridgerator and put something delicious together in no time--she's amazing!
