Among the appetitizers were: Vegetarian Salad, Tuna Asiatico with Pita bread, Sesame Tofu, Salmon Pate on Celery, Capresi Salad, Brazilian Shrimp Couscous, Crab-Stuffed Filo Shells, Mini Tomato/Basil Pizzas, and the HOT item of the evening was the Brie Bruschetta. We couldn't keep them on the table!
Bartender Armistead prepared Caipirinha while Chef Carmem served up the Brazilian Shrimp Couscous
Empadinhas with Chicken or Shrimp were gobbled up by the guests!
